Introducing SMA's complete Time & Attendance Solution

Keeping track of your employees' attendance can be a tricky job, especially if this task is done manually. Punching cards and signature attendance books have become unreliable and confusing and should be a thing of the past.

Our Dubai-based supplier, SMA (Security Management Applications) has custom-built a Time & Attendance software (T&A) that is a state-of-the-art complete information system that automates the entire process of T&A.

SMA's T&A solution was built with clients' feedback and recommendations in mind. The application is flexible, customizable, and takes advantage of the existing LAN or WAN of the organization because it uses the TCP/IP layer for data transmission. Management and reporting of SMA's T&A is achieved through a web-base interface, making it a truly platform-independent solution.

Features of SMA's T&A:

SMA's T&A Application was built with the needs of your organization in mind. Many useful features have been added to the application which include:

Seamless Implementation, which means that the software was built to be easily installed using your organization's existing LAN or WAN infrastructures because it uses TCP/IP as its data transmission protocol.

Open-Ended Architecture, which means that SMA's T&A can be integrated using virtually any modern Access Control solution like our LG Iris and Nedap-AEOS. This integration means that any authorized person who uses your Access Control solution will be immediately reported in SMA's T&A in real time.

Easy Customization, which takes T&A and makes it part of your day-to-day business process; the way you want it to be. You can easily design, view, and print reports that tell you exactly what you want to know.

Web-Based Management Interface, which lets you control, manage, and monitor your T&A via any web browser on any machine that resides on your network.

Added Functionality, which is the ability to add more functions to the software than just plain time and attendance reporting. For example, you can make the application automatically calculate and deduct a certain amount from your employees' salaries if their total latency exceeds 1 hour per week.
